Q: Can you perform special tests, projects, or certain standard tests on petroleum / petrochemical and related products which are not listed on your website?
A: Yes, we have the capability to setup special tests or perform certain standard tests. Please call
(713) 237-9039, or email us info@harristestinglabs.com and we will be happy to discuss the details on your testing needs.
Q: Do you provide rush analysis services?
A: Yes we do provide services on a rush basis upon request. However, there is an additional charge for this which would be quoted on a per occasion basis.
Q: How do I ship / submit samples to your facilities?
A: When shipping a sample to us for analysis, always be sure to follow proper shipping guidelines for your product, as well as the guidelines outlined by your choice of shipping company (UPS, FedEx, US Mail, Airborne Express, or any other courier).
Q: Do you provide discount pricing based on number of sample or frequeny of testing?
A: yes, we have discount programs based on volume, tests, sample and frequency. Please, contact us for more information.
Q: How will I receive the analysis results?
A: As a registered client you can access your test results as they are completed on our website via your password protected account.
The signed Certificate of Analysis is mailed to your attention at the address indicated on your account.
Q: Do you provide glass, plastic, or metal containers, and proper packaging materials? (i.e. boxes, absorbent material, and proper labels)
A: No, Harris Testing Laboratories, Inc. does not provide any packaging materials. However, certified packaging systems can be obtained from HAZMATPAC at
1-800-923-9123 or via their website www.hazmatpac.com.
Q: Do you accept credit cards for payment?
A: Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express, in addition to corporate purchase orders. There is a small 2% fee for credit card payments, this fee is to cover processing and bank fees.
